Careers · We're small. On purpose.
Want to build the next pool service operating system?
No open roles right now. But if you're a working pool pro who codes — or a strong engineer who'd love to spend a year in a real pool truck — we want to hear from you.

We hire when we're drowning.
We'd rather move slowly with three of the right people than fast with thirty. When we do post a role, it'll be here. In the meantime, if you're curious about working at the intersection of pool service and software, the best thing to do is email careers@poolific.app with a paragraph about why.
